I have more than three years of experience on topics related to Gastronomic Cultures around the world. Critical understanding of the complexity of different global food systems. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills based on numerous employment opportunities in the field of event management. My goal is to explore issues related to sustainable, resilient, and sovereign local food systems and provide solutions based on efficient communication strategies.
