  Marian Crowley-Henry (PhD Management, Lancaster University) is an Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Maynooth University School of Business, Ireland. Marian's research interests are in the areas of careers, migration and identity. She publishes in international peer-reviewed journals and regularly shares her research at national and international conferences. Prior to academia, Marian performed various product management and project coordination funtions at the Europe, Middle East and African (EMEA) headquarters of multinational corporations in Germany and France.
