Suzanne Cromlish is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Graham School of Management at Saint Xavier University (SXU) in Chicago. Prior to her SXU role, she was employed in executive level administration in the corporate world for over 15 years & she continues to maintain her Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Administrator's Licenses. She was a former CEO of 2 firms & she & her husband also owned a nationwide family business for many years. Suzanne has a Ph.D. in Management, Designing Sustainable Systems, from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio & 2 Masters Degrees, an MBA, & a Masters in Health Administration (MHA) from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC. She has volunteered as a Sign Language Interpreter/Instructor applying her skills as an interpreter for 5 US Presidents. Her research interests are personally & financially empowering the 99% with Employee Ownership Organizations by continually collaborating with the top 3 ESOP Associations in the US. After a national competition, she was awarded a Louis O. Kelso Research Fellowship from The ESOP foundation for her ESOP Acquisition Research, which has been presented at numerous academic & practitioner conferences, including The Academy of Management Annual Conference twice. She is an Advisory Board Member for the Ohio Employee Ownership Center, is an active member of the Private Directors Association, The National Center for Employee Ownership & The ESOP Association. She was also a former Board Member for the Academy of Management Management Consulting Division.
