  I am a program manager in the Datacenter Community Development team for Microsoft's Cloud division, located at Seattle, USA. I launched and lead the Datacenter Community Advisory Board program to drive strategic community investments for Microsoft, build local leadership, and cultivate solutions that communities own and sustain. With a deep knowledge in designing and evaluating nonprofit programs, I drive the scaling and maturing of Microsoft Community Empowerment Fund, a community outreach and NGO funding program that operates over 18 international communities. In my role, I work with Microsoft stakeholders and community leaders to understand community priorities and build sustainable local partnerships for scalable social impact. I focus on developing data driven strategies to support community programs and measure social return on investment for Microsoft.
