  I am a retired professor and trainer for Intercultural Communication and Diversity Management. As a young man I was an American Peace Corps volunteer in India for two years. My formative years were spent in Oregon, USA. I have lived in Germany since 1971. I have two children and three grandchildren. Since retirement I have had time to reflect on my subject and my work life; five articles have been the result.
