The MSc program was about the science, management and new thinking in supply chain management. Knowing that vaccines administration has continued to play critical success roles in public health, however, challenges still exist in getting vaccines to all targeted recipients, as one in every five children does not get the basic vaccines because of issues with transportation and storage of vaccines especially in resource limited countries like mine. The course provided me with knowledge and skills on how to efficiently manage supply chain with focus on vaccine security and logistics.
