Oluwasegun Tope Olowoyo teaches English Language, Literature, Technical English and Communication in English in one of Nigerian Polytechnics. As a researcher, he is enthusiastic about the capacity of the nexus between literature and medicine to offer clinical exploration of the human self/society anatomy, diagnosis of the ills and prescriptions towards achieving the needed healing. He is s social critic with focus on leadership/ hellowership responsibility, socio-cultural disillusionment, youth development and social evolution. As the founding President of New Africa Congress (A social transformation oriented non-governmental organisation), the National Deputy Coordinator- (South West zone, Nigeria) of Pan-African Dialogue (A continental non-governmental organisation) and member of several social, academic, professional and human capacity development associations, Olowoyo has led several innitiative and social transformation campaigns such as Stop Jungle Justice- SJJ socilal media campaign of New Aafrica Congress. He is also an experienced journalist with hands-on experience in both print and broadcast, a seasoned teacher and youth mentor with over 10 years teaching experience across all levels of education. Olowoyo is a social transformation enthusiast who believes in the collective participation of both the leaders and the led towards achieving meaningful social development. To him, psychological revolution is a foundation for the disillusionment Africans need in order to experience the much needed evolution. His writring career is about to produce his first piece, a collection of poems and short stories titled ECHOES FROM THE JUNGLE filled with intriguing, expository, satirical and corrective creative pieces.
