Book about political ads, money and news content

I am writing a book about the 2016 campaign focusing on the political ads, money and news content of the Presidential and Down Ballot races. I'm looking at ten TV markets, nine of which were in battleground states. We've done content analysis of 1,552 local newscasts during the last two months of the campaign and looked at the attributes of over 200,000 political ads. I found there is an profound imbalance between where the ads, money and political stories were directed. The Down Ballot races got the ads and the money while the political stories were all about the Presidential race.
