Data from the sub-centre, primary health centres and community health centres is aggregated at the block level. The data sent from the block level, sub-district hospital and district hospital is aggregated at the District Headquarters. The District Headquarters then sends the aggregated data to the State Headquarters which forwards it to the national level.
