  Tanay Katiyar is pursuing his undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts at the School of Liberal Studies(SLS) of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University(PDPU), Gandhinagar, India. International Relations, Economics, Education and Philosophy are his core interest areas of study. His ongoing research is centered around the topic of conflict and peace building. He has worked with NGOs engaged with child education and community development for the underprivileged. Tanay knows French, English, Hindi, Gujarati and Japanese. He has taught English language to university students in Vietnam on a project of AIESEC. He is an active football player. He recently presented a research titled 'Physical Education in Context of Limited City Spaces' at an International Conference in Lucknow.
