Identify the elements of the Safer Access Framework (SAF) that are relevant.

Relevant SAF elements:

-Context and risk assessment

-Acceptance of the organization

--Before going into the community, it is best the RC contact the local community leader to make a brief need assessment. The community leader can also help connecting RC with those in need. WIth this connection, trust will grow much faster.

--In the long term, this collaboration should be communicated before hand as an disaster preparedness action. It will largely enhance the work effectiveness of RC during emergency.

-Acceptance of the individual

-Identification

-External communication and coordination

-Operational security risk management
