Various health programs are being delivered by community health workers(HSAs) at community level but it is not in integrated manner. As a result we are facing a number of missed opportunity for vacciantion. For instance Nutrtion program run mass nutrtional scrreening in villages but no screening for child vacciantion status.

This will be my priority
