  Dr Darja Kragt is a research fellow at the School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Western Australia. Darja has completed her PhD in organizational behavior at UWA Business School and her doctoral research focused on training and devleoping better leaders. Her research has been published in several high quality, peer-reviewed journals. Recently, Darja has been involved in several projects: investigating recruitment, retention, wellbeing among emergency services volunteers; conduting an exploration of retirement transition and planning among career firefighters; and reporting on health and wellbeing among people affected by homelesness.
