In order to reduce incidences of vaccine preventable diseases across communities , the routine immunization coverage must be 92% in all LGAs and States. 

Strategies

1. Supporting the establishment of a baseline data of current performance by LGAs through DQS and LQAS
2. Conducting a micro plan of RI health facilities and updating the session plans
3. Supporting the training of health workers at least yearly
4. Updating the cold chain inventory and improving the same through advocacy to government to ensure vaccines availability and bundling
5. supporting the reactivation of ward/village development committees and defaulter tracking systems to link services with communities
6. Conducting supportive supervision to LGAs and monitor conduct of sessions by State and LGA teams 
7. Support the conduct of Monthly meetings
