Its difficult to teach someone in the EMS or rescue service the latest. It turns out that the latest contradicts many times what they've done through out the years. They say" if this is how we normally do it why would we change it?". 

The answer is easy but hard at the same time. For the benefit of the patient. And it is hard because we only read about the evidence that says the protocols should change. 

So, what I've learned is to convince people that it makes sense, provide everyday examples of how we can do better for the patient and for ourselves. Although most people get on board, there are some that don't. Witch is okay since they will be pooled by the `people that are breaking the paradigms.
