Context: At the Computer Science Teachers Association (www.csteachers.org) our mission is to engage, empower and advocate for K12 Computer Science Teachers. In my role as Director of Professional Development at CSTA I lead our efforts to build a Continuing Professional Development Pipeline consisting of five key resources for K-12 teachers: self-assessment, learning pathways, badging, CS PD community and personalized learning digital portfolios. 

Expected Impact: The CPDP is currently under development and will launch later this year , therefore at this time we can discuss expected impact : while our immediate audiance are CSTA members, the collective impact approach may be able to assist our efforts in reaching to K-12 teachers nationwide and globally that are not yet members of CSTA or plugged-in the CS K12 ecosystem.
