  Currently I am working as State Coordinator for Neglected Tropical Diseases, for Maharashtra state, WHO Country Office (WCO) for India and just joined this position sometime back. Before joining this position worked for more than 12 years in the field of Immunization in WCO India, which involved Polio Eradication from India, AFP & VPD Surveillance, New Vaccine introductions & conducting Mass vaccination campaigns like Measles & Measles Rubella vaccination Campaigns in India. I also worked in the areas of research wherein I participated in Seroprevalence studies for polio antibodies in endemic areas of Bihar, case fatality ratio estimation study for measles in measles endemic areas of Bihar.
