  I am a professor of Intercultural and Diversity Management. I have over 6 years of experience in training students, professionals, and employees in intercultural skills and diversity management. I have also specialized in International Management, Human Resources Management, Education, Marketing and Public Resources. I have worked at a multinational companies and led workshops and trainer teams in diversity management. I have studied and worked in Argentina, Germany, and USA. I am currently writing my Ph.D. Thesis on Intercultural Management training.
