of Tokyo and received Ph.D. from University of Tokyo in Engineering in 1996.
My major is Environmental Economics and Environmental Policy. Since I was a graduate student, my main research interest has been the game theoretic analysis of international cooperation concerning the global environmental issues. I have published papers such as "Design of International Environmental Agreements under Uncertainty," "Game of Pollution Reduction Investment under Uncertainty," and "Incentive Mechanisms for the Development of a Low-carbon Society in Asia."
