...MoreThiem H. Bui is a doctoral researcher at the school of Political Science and International Studies, the University of Queensland, Australia. He holds a Masters degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and a BA in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. He is Deputy Director of Department for General Affairs and a researcher at the Institute for Legislative Studies (ILS) of the National Assembly Standing Committee of Vietnam, and a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Law and Development of the Vietnam Lawyers Association.
