...MoreI have worked in education for almost 40 years, in various contexts, performing a number of roles -teaching, lecturing, tutoring, researching and undertaking projects. I have extensive experience in managing and leading teams of people and have hold high level executive positions. I have managed numerous Australian quality and equity programs for primary and secondary schools for the Victorian catholic education sector - leading the establishment of teacher professional development initiatives, including resource development. I have been at the University of Melbourne for 6 years, engaged in not only program design, delivery and evaluation but also in educational research. My professional interests include innovative program design and evaluation, using learning to transform education, achieving quality educational outcomes, and addressing equity issues and achieving equitable outcomes.
