Recently, I focusing on new cultural practices in China. Addressing a coherent theoretical framework of Critical Discourse Analysis and Multimodal Metaphor, I study an animation called Year Hare Affair. My study sheds light on the articulation practices of national identity in the space of youth subcultures.
