  Thesis: "Analysis of Storytelling used in Crisis Communication in Public Relations Within the Context of Fisher's Narrative Paradigm” The thesis analyzes crisis cases from the US, Canada, and Turkey as well as presenting the opinions of crisis experts, proposes that storytelling pre-, during and post-crisis is one of the effective methods that can be used for crisis communication management. It also covers the topics of storytelling, truth, ethics and cultural values in order to provide insight into the effectiveness of storytelling during crisis and to propose areas for improvement and caution.
