  Sport Management Assistant Professor at Western Kentucky University (WKU) in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing at then a master’s degree in Recreation and Sport Administration from WKU. Prior to pursuing a doctorate in Postsecondary Educational Leadership at WKU, I served as the Director of Operations for the women’s basketball team, where I found a passion for working with student-athletes. My position gives me the opportunity to work with undergraduate students to create and implement learning based on research and critical thinking. My research interests include coaching leadership, student-athlete support services, organizational change, sport policy implications, and intercollegiate athletics issues.
