I have a Ph. D in aeronautical engineering. I taught at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay before coming to the USA to do research at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. I now operate a small engineering firm that conducts research and develops sensors and instrumentation for aerospace, marine, and wind-energy applications. I have received over a dozen patents and numerous awards from NASA and the Department of Defense for innovative research. I spent several months in a Japanese Zen Monastery at Sogenji practicing Zazen. I have explored the precepts and teachings of major religions and discovered strong parallels between the approaches followed in science and religion when Popper’s verifiability/falsifiability criterion for scientific methods is correctly applied to religion. I am excited to share my insights with both religious and non-religious people.
