  Evangeline kolis shinali is an assistant research librarian at ICIPE KENYA where she does online research of scientific publication and helps in managing the resource centre website.She hold a bachelors in information science from the Technical university of kenya,a diploma in technical education library option and a Diploma in library studies from the Kenya technical teachers college.Much of her previous work experince has been in various academic libraries and the tools and techniques she has aquired transfers directly to various library skills such as communication skills,problem solving skills and computer application skills.during her internship at United states international university (2015) she was awarded the most hardworking intern of the year.she can be contacted @evakoli@yahoo.com
