I was born in Uruguay and I have lived in the Basque Country for 16 years. I graduated as a professor in Uruguay, as a Graduate in Psychopedagogy and Master in Organizational Psychology at the University of the Basque Country where I also read my doctoral thesis and I am currently a hired researcher. I am part of a Consolidated Research Group (ehu.eus/eu/web/psicologiasocialcce/psicologia-soziala-cce) that addresses "awe", "elevation" and "kama muta" linked to beliefs, values of trascendence of the self, and identification with humanity and altruism. My lines of research are creativity and innovation in organizations, including the positive emotional climate and the role of emotions of trascendence in leadership, performance and organizational change.
