  Dr. Surachai Chupaka is an associated professor at Ramkhamheang University, the public university of Thailand. He had also been a senior reporter of the Nation Newspaper for 10 years. He hold bacherlor degree in Economics, Master degree in Political Science, and Ph.D in Mass Communication  from Thammasat University. During 1996-1997, he had been an exchange student at International University of Japan. For the academic works, he has concentrated on  cultural diversity in local media and digital media, including communication of public opinion. He is also author of  textbooks  about Media Ethics and Media Campaign.
