  Presently working as Associate Professor in Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education & Sports Sciences , University of Delhi since 1991 .I have specialisation in Exercise Physiology in Master of Philosophy and a PhD in Physical Education. We have developed Health Related Fitness Norms for school going boys from the age group of 6 through 17 years.Other areas of interest include women health and wellness and midlife crisis . Further we have developed functional fitness norms for male senior citizens aged 60 to 80 years old .I am involved in research supervision since 1996 at post graduation , Mphil level. Since 2010 i am supervising PhD research scholars. Till date 6 scholars have completed PhD under my supervision. Less
