    Final year dissertation – “ Crisis Management Centre in Cultural, Entertaining and Camping Complex” My Bachelor dissertation is bout a complex with two different functions in usual days and emergencies specifically Earthquake. This design is looking for techniques of creating flexible functions for buildings specifically in emergencies. While the building works as a cultural and leisure centre in usual days, it has the capability of being converted into a predetermined base for rescue teams and also temporary shelters for homeless people after the occurrence of the earthquake.
