Rod Edmunds joined Queen Mary University of London in 2003, having previously held UK university appointments at the University of Sussex, and the University of Nottingham. A graduate of Downing College Cambridge (BA (Law) and LLB) he has spent some time working in a law firm as Director of Education at D J Freeman & Co (London). One strand of his research interests relates to property law matters broadly defined. This involves looking at: the impact of property rights (and planning controls) on residential space; statutory wills and mental capacity to arrange property and financial affairs.
