  I am a poet and non-fiction writer, and have worked in museums for a number of years. My PhD is funded by the AHRC via the South West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership. My research spans several disciplines, from contemporary poetry to museum interpretation and learning theory. My thesis examines the practical application of ekphrastic poetry as a tool for visitor engagement in art museums. I'm working in partnership with Amgueddfa Cymru / National Museum Wales.
