Dr. Rana Zeine, MD, PhD, MBA received her Bachelors in Biology ’83, Teaching Diploma '83, and Doctor of Medicine MD ’87 degrees from the American University of Beirut, completing elective rotations at Harvard Medical School, Boston '86. She earned a PhD ‘93 in experimental medicine at McGill University, Canada. She taught immunology at Ottawa University, Canada, where she was research associate in Neurology '95-'98. She was research associate at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine ’98, NY, and completed residency in anatomic pathology '00-'02, and fellowship in neuropathology '02-'04 at the Montefiore Medical Center, NY, USA. Dr. Zeine held research scientist and faculty positions at the Nathan Kline Institute, NY '04-'05, Northwestern University and University of Chicago '06-‘08, IL, USA. As associate director of the Pathology Core Facility she improved employee motivation and customer service to the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group. She earned a Graduate Certificate '11 and MBA with Distinction '12 from Keller Graduate School of Management, Devry College of NY, USA. As assistant professor at Saint James School of Medicine '13-'14, Dr. Zeine chaired Quality Assurance overseeing internal auditing, student feedback and faculty job satisfaction programs. Dr. Zeine is associate professor with St. Martinus Administrative Services and will rejoin Saint James School of Medicine as Associate Professor in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in December 2014.
