I am Pradip Barua From Thailand. I have registration the fifteenth International Conference on climate change. Definitely don't yet payment. I want to pay after visa. Sometimes the consular never allow visa. then my money lost. So I am praying to consider me to provide an Invitation letter with conference director copy id too and request letter to issues a visa.
