...MoreI have been the Head of Education since 2008 and I am responsible for the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, together with Lifelong Learning. I was Head of Lifelong Learning in Archaeology for six years prior to my present post. I am the Programme Director for the M.A. in Landscape Archaeology and it is on this programme that I carry out most of my teaching. As an archaeologist my research interests are in British Prehistory with a specialisation in hunter-gatherers in Britain and Europe. I carry out a research excavation each year which trains undergraduate and postgraduate students. In my role as Head of Education I combine as much teaching as possible with management of staff.
