Currently a PhD candidate in the Communications Media and Instructional Technology program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, I have extensive working experience in higher education and business. My research interests focus on media studies, including gender stereotyping based on popular media productions; organizational communication, online communication technologies, performance perception and enhancement through media, and women’s issues in business environments. Several of my research papers have been published, and I have done multiple presentations at professional conferences in the US and internationally.
