  Now I am working as a STOP Consultant WHO/CDC at WHO Country office, Freetown, Sierra Leone. I am working as a STOP consultant from February, 2018 and I am supervised EPI and Surveillance program of this WHO country office under EPI team leader. At the field level I am doing ISS ( Integreted Supportive Supervision) both EPI and Surveillance of this country. I have also support AFP case investigation, 60+ days follow-up visit, help DSO to prepare quarterly active surveillance plan, I have also support during MR and Polio SIA Campaign activitieas of this country, I have attend weekly TCC Meeting of this country EPI HQ office, I also give Technical support of this country EPI office, I have expend 40 percent time at field level ( province) to support both EPI and Surveillance activities of this country. At the field level I give on the Job training of the field staffs about EPI and Surveillance, check cold chain system, check VVM of vaccine, Update RED approaches Monotoring chart, Check Data validation of EPI monthly report, check reporting EPI matrials and Surveillance matrials. At the field level I also discuss about Steps of RED approaches monitoring chart and how to field it also discuss about the sample collection technique of AFP, Measles and Yellow fever.
