  I am a design strategist, consultant, professor and researcher working to bring our future collective creative voice. I co-founded Creative States and its forthcoming Future Field Prize, serve as the Human Insight Lead at CoCreative Consulting and am professor in the Design Mangement and Arts & Cultural Management Graduate Programs of Pratt Institute, School of Art, where I also head the editorial team of CATALYST Review. I have worked on systems change initiatives and training programs with organizations such as The Democracy Collaborative, The California Endowment, Autodesk Foundation, Ashoka, and ABC Home among others. Most recently, I co-authored a chapter for a book on "Smarter New York City: How City Agencies Innovate" by Columbia University Press.
