  Prof. Dr. Yun-Chen Lai is the assistaant Professor of National Dong Hwa University of Taiwan. She obtained her PhD from Freie Universitaet Berlin in 2005 by the sponsor of Governmental Fellowship of Republic of China (Taiwan). After that, she had served for Ministry of Foreign Affairs of R.O.C. for a while in 2017. SInce 2017, she has joined the Department of Public Administration of NDHU. Also, she is the Director of Division of International Academic Cooperation and Exchange of Office of International Affairs (OIA) of NDHU. In addition, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer of EU research Center of NDHU. From 2018 to 2021, she has been honored as the professor and coordinator of Erasmus + Jean Monnent Module of the European Union. Her research interests includes International Relations, European Unions, International Political Economy and International Organizations. She now teaches International Relations, Globalization, International Organization and European Policy at NDHU.
