    Thesis: “The Construction of Digital Identities by International Students: A Study of Facebook as a Third Space to reconcile Multicultural Identities and Multicultural Audiences”  Positions social networks to represent a third space where multiple cultures intersect, to invoke a study on how users utilise the tools of the site to navigate their identities within this third space, in relation to content collapse and multicultural imagined audiences. Digital internet enthnographic study of the construction and curation of digital identities by international students on Facebook. Draws on data obtained through the semi-structured interviews and Facebook profile information.

Utilises the social network of Facebook, and places it within the Circuit of Culture to show how identity is constructed in relation to production, consumption, representation and regulation online.
