I have obtained my Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Montreal in 2002. I am a registered clinical child psychologist. I have also worked as physical therapist in physiotherapy clinics prior my doctorate. Since my nomination as a faculty member at Laurentian University in 2002, I have pursued research on children and adolescents physical and psychological development. My field of expertise includes pubertal development, body image and related psychopathologies (e.g. eating disorders), children and adults obesity (predicting factors and effects).
