I received my Masters and Ph.D. degress from Oklahoma State University in 1992 and 1997. I taught at Grambling State University in Louisiana from 1997-2000 and at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2000 to the present. It teach the first course in accounting and governmental and not-for-profit accounting. My interests are government spending and quality of life and I am interested in economic modeling. During my sabbatical during Spring 2008, I will complete a study on associations between state government spending for higher education its association with growth and quality of life.
