  Kathleen McLean has over 25 years of experience and is a respected consultant in her field providing specialized solutions to educational institutions, non-profit sector, government and small to medium entities. Kathleen has her Bachelor's in Social Work, Master's in Social Work and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Kathleen co-leads the Capital Region Women of Color Network empowering women to leverage their connections. She continues to serve in her community as a volunteer for the Girl Scouts of Northeastern NY and Mission Accomplished. The McLean's Group goal is to tranform culture one organization at a time.
