Kimberly Baker is an Arts, Heritage & Culture Educator. She began her career at the UBC Museum of Anthropology as the Education and Public Programs Coordinator. Since then, Kimberly focuses on community cultural development by collaborating with local and international arts, heritage and culture organizations to develop exceptional outreach programs. Additionally, she has conducted extensive research on culturally responsive education practices in East Africa in Malawi and Kenya. Kimberly has published her findings in internationally peer reviewed journals. Throughout her career, she has always been known for bringing a collaborative approach when working with all stakeholders.
