...MoreDr Keith lectures in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Advanced Human Resource Management and Corporate Strategy. Keith Thomas joined the GSM in April 1999, and has over 27 years in the Army and is the principal author for the Army leadership model and is currently developing the leadership doctrinal publication for Army. His research interests include changes in the strategic environment and the challenges posed by the information revolution for the military particularly in leadership and education. He edited and published a book ‘ The Revolution in Military Affairs’ in 1998 (ADSC).
Keith has completed an MBA at Macquarie (1984), as well as a Grad Dip in Strategic Studies (ANU) in 1994, Grad Dip in Defence Studies (JSSC) 1995 and a Grad Dip in Info Systems (CCAE) 1985. He graduated from the Royal Military College, Duntroon in 1976. He was awarded a Bravery Medal in 1978.
