...MoreI am the Dean of the College of Education, Tarlac State University, Philippines. I finished Bachelor's degree in Home Technology and pursued Master's degree in Administration and Supervision . I earned my doctorate degree on Doctor of Education major in Industrial Education Management at the Technological University of the Philippines. I am a full pledge professor and a National Accreditor under the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines .I planned and execute rules, policies & regulations for the attainment of the vision, mission ,goals & objectives of our college for the welfare of our populace particularly our learners. Likewise, direct and help my subordinates for their work assignment and professional growth respectively. I am also actively indulged on research & extension in our institution. I have presented my papers locally and internationally. My studies were published refereed in international journals. I am the current Treasurer of a professional organization (PAFTE) and member of the Philippine Association of University Women.
