  Dr. Sledge currently serves as Director of Career Solutions at Per Scholas. Prior to his tenure at Per Scholas, Dr. Sledge has served as an adjunct professor, visiting professor, K-12 administrator and teacher. Dr. Sledge earned his Doctrate Degree from Wayne State Univeristy with a major in Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Sledge is an alum from Brown Univeristy's School National School Reform Faculty and has a Principal's Ceritfication in Administration from Princeton's University Newark, New Jersey's Leadership Coalition. Throughout each accomplishment, he remains most passionate about issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
