    After completing the requirements of a Master's Degree in English Literature and fulfilling the requirements of a Mirrielees Fellowship in Creative Writing (Poetry), I continued my studies of classical Greek and Latin in the Classics Dept as a PhD fellow, but decided to leave the program with a Master's Degree and pursue a career outside of academia.
