Aside from Music Theory, Mr. Tanis coaches opera singers from the Metropolitan Opera, Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Teatro alla Scala, and elsewhere. His most recent project is an archival/research/recording project titled "The Great American Poet Sings," enlivening musical settings of American poetry.
