...MoreJoseph Prud'homme is Assistant Professor of Government at Christopher Newport University in Virginia. He works in the areas of Political Philosophy, Legal Studies, and Religious and Intellectual History. He has special interests in the Western Middle Ages and the role of religion in contemporary Western societies. He has published several works in these fields. He received his doctorate in the Interdepartmental Program in Political Philosophy at Princeton University and has been a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University and an Ennis scholar at Villanova University.
